As a native of Jurbile, King Deng grew up in one of the oldest and most distinct civilizations of all time. King Deng has a vision of a glorious future for the children of southern Sudan.

He walked for over a 1,000 miles, first into Ethiopia, then back to Sudan, then deep into Kenya, in search of safety.
